ARTIST'S STATEMENT

Soon after I started practising Qi Gong I began to feel a strong urge to draw. Ihad no idea of what I was going to draw, I just sat down and put pen to paper- lines and patterns appeared and the picture emerged by itself. I knew these drawings were very different from any previous, sporadic attempts at artwork and my attitude towards them was not the same. Ido not understand exactly what I have drawn, only that certain patterns, symbols and shapes are repeated and many of the drawings seems to be of energy fields.
