ARTIST'S STATEMENT

Thierry Lambert describes himself as Naturist Self Taught Artist - '"My drawings are fetishes which carry good luck for the night of time. Where humans lived naked in harmony with nature and animals, where love and sexuality is transcendant with the universe and God, my drawings invite this Eden to come into creation. To be with nature I draw naked. I am a Naturist artist, I walk naked often in the Ardeche in order to breathe the story of the night of time. My drawings are inspired by old ethnic peoples like Dakota Indians, Aboriginals, Berbers, Amazonian Indians - people of the first time. The poetry found in my drawings represents a True Voice.
